Where do you ship?

How much is shipping?

Launch shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 USD per order. Your exact total is always shown before you complete checkout.

How do I choose a size?

Select your preferred size on the product page before adding the item to your cart. If you are deciding between sizes, use the product fit information and choose the fit that works best for how you plan to wear the piece.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order enters production or shipping, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

When will I receive tracking?

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Production and carrier transit happen separately, so timing can vary by item and destination.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help make it right. More detail is available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. Return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How are payments handled?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Dad Trader Co. does not receive or store complete payment card numbers.
