Shipping Policy

Dad Trader Co. currently ships within the United States only. Orders are produced and fulfilled through our production partner after checkout.

Shipping rate

Launch shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 USD per order. Your final shipping charge is shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Order processing and delivery

Production and carrier transit are separate parts of delivery. Estimated delivery details, when available, are shown at checkout or in order updates. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of production volume, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order updates

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. When tracking becomes available, we will send it to that same email address.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order enters production or shipping, changes may not be possible.

Delays and unavailable orders

If we cannot fulfill an order within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will contact you with the available options, including consenting to a delay or canceling for a refund.
